User Agreement

I have read, understand and agree with the following privacy statements and policy of ITG Electronics, Inc. (ITG):

1. The purpose of collecting personal information at ITG’s web site is solely for business requirements. With our customer’s consent and in compliance with the international common practice of Personal Data Protection Act, ITG collects, processes, and uses customers’ information. This information use includes but is not limited to processing orders, quotations, specifications, confirmations and the company's data management.

2. Information being collected from ITG web site registration page includes but is not limited to company information (name, address, etc.) express carrier account number and area of product interest.

3. In addition we ask for your name, date of birth, contact phone, email address and location within the company. Use of the customers’ personal data is only for business contacts, product marketing, internal analysis and customer service management.

4. By using the ITG’s web site and requesting information from ITG via its web site you agree and authorize ITG to use the aforementioned information to the extent permitted by law. The use of the relevant information includes providing you with the Company's operations, marketing and commercial information. However, you can still advocate personal information rights in accordance with the legal provisions of the following matters: read, query, supplement, corrections, processing and deletions, except in accordance with the company’s compliance of most common practice of Personal Data Protection Act.

5. If the need for correction arises, please contact one of the ITG Electronics Inc. offices near you or e-mail us at sales@ITG-Electronics.com and the Company will make the necessary amendments or corrections within 3 business days.

   The policy and practice described above are within the provisions of the “Most Common Acceptable International Personal Data Protection Act ".

6. Your information registered in the ITG’ web site is subject to strict firewall security production. Your password is encrypted and no ITG employee or contractor has access to your password.
